We all know how hard it can be to fit exercise into our busy lifestyles and how technology can play a part in reducing our activity levels, Urbanwalks have designed a range of simple but effective solutions to help people become more active, more often.

Workplace Health and Wellbeing – a simple way to increase employee productivity

The walking routes we have designed for the workplace include independent lunchtime walks to help encourage staff to take a break away from their desk, while being physically active. Evidence shows that being active during a lunch break can help increase employee productivity, which is one good reason to encourage workplace health and wellbeing. Urbanwalks also design active travel routes for the workplace as well as conferences and schools with the aim to encourage the user to include walking as a mode of transport for all or part of their journey.

Community Health and Wellbeing

Our community walking routes that we have designed take in a wide range of settings including: urban, rural, parks, canal and health walks, which all aim to encourage the local community to become more active.

Urbanwalks also provides other products and services to help increase physical activity levels. Our products range includes, office, home and school based exercise sheets, an activity motivator service as well as a physical activity consultancy service.
