Health Challenge Wales - be part of it

Health Challenge Wales is a call to everyone - all people and organisations - to do as much as they can to improve health.

It is challenge to

- You as an individual to do what you can to improve your own health and the health of your family

- Government, national and local, to help create the conditions that are needed to help you and your family to lead a healthy life

- Organisations to do as much as they can to help their employees, their customers and the people who use their services to improve their health.

Creating better health in Wales is not something the Welsh Assembly or the NHS can do on their own. It is a job for all of us.
